Getting ready for the world

Hey everyone! Nick here to give you some updates on what the band is doing and what you can expect in the coming months.

We are proud and humbled to announce that Le Conseil Des Arts et Des Lettres Du Quebec has awarded Folly and the Hunter a very generous development grant! This grant is going to give us the financial backing and time to develop a stellar live show! We are so excited that the Quebec government believes in our project and is willing to invest in our success.

Great news! Our Album launch date is officially set for the 5th of March at Il Motore. Rae Spoon has graciously offered to be our special guest of the evening! We are stoked because we totally love Rae Spoon! If you do not know his music, check out the link below. It’s a song about Leonard Cohen (and other music icons)!

This also means that our debut album ‘Residents’ will soon be available for sale!  The album will be available for pre order roughly a month before the album launch. If you are you are keen to get a hold of album, stay tuned. We will soon provide all the information you need.

I will be updating the website regularly.

We have also began a mailing list. If you would like to know what’s new with us,  sign up! We will notify about exciting subjects including: tour dates, new audio and video from Folly and the Hunter, and cool merch.
